A 16-Week Virtual Program for Lasting Change

  • Are you drinking/using more than you should?
  • Do you want to reduce your drinking but don't know where to start?
  • Do you struggle knowing the limits of your consumption?
  • Does work stress lead to dangerous coping mechanisms?
  • Do you forget what you said during social encounters? (not sober)
  • Are you hiding your drinking/substances from the people you care about?

If even one of these resonates, structured
outpatient support may be the right next step.

Professional Addiction Treatment At Home (PATH) is a 16-week, therapist-led program for adults who want to actively address substance use while continuing to live at home and remain engaged in work or family life.

Delivered in a structured cohort format, the program integrates individual counselling, group therapy, and psychoeducation within a trauma-informed, evidence-based framework. With both an intensive treatment phase and built-in continuing care, it is designed to support meaningful, sustained change.

  • Two 2-hour therapist-led group therapy sessions
  • One 1-hour individual counselling session

Focus: relapse prevention and emotional regulation.

Phase Two: Weeks 9–16

Weekly support, including:

  • One 2-hour therapist-led group session
  • Continued individual counselling
  • Peer connection and structured support

Focus: maintaining and strengthening recovery skills.

The Outpatient Recovery Program integrates relapse prevention, emotional regulation, motivational enhancement, and behavioural change strategies into a coordinated 16-week model.

Delivered by Pacifica’s experienced clinicians, it provides evidence-based care in a structured format designed for sustained progress.

At approximately one-third the cost of residential treatment — and comparable to shorter-duration private outpatient programs — this extended model offers meaningful clinical depth at a competitive rate.

The program fee is $10,000, with bursaries of up to $5,000 available based on financial need.

48 hrs Group Therapy
32 hrs Psychoeducation
16 hrs Individual Counselling

That's just $104 per hour. This is well below typical BC private therapy rates of $140–$250 per session
