Recovery That Fits Real Life

A 16-week virtual program designed for adults seeking structured support while balancing work, family, and daily life.

  • Are you drinking/using more than you should?
  • Do you want to reduce your drinking but don't know where to start?
  • Do you struggle knowing the limits of your consumption?
  • Does work stress lead to dangerous coping mechanisms?
  • Do you forget what you said during social encounters? (not sober)
  • Are you hiding your drinking/substances from the people you care about?

If even one of these resonates, structured
outpatient support may be the right next step.

Professional Addiction Treatment at Home (PATH) is a 16-week, therapist-led program for adults who want to actively address substance use while continuing to live at home and remain engaged in work or family life.

Delivered in a structured cohort format, the program integrates individual counselling, group therapy, and psychoeducation within a trauma-informed, evidence-based framework. With both an intensive treatment phase and built-in continuing care, it is designed to support meaningful, sustained change.
